Custom BBQ Covers & Custom BBQ Island Covers

Protect your BBQ with a custom-made BBQ cover, manufactured to fit the actual dimensions and shape of your barbecue, BBQ island or outdoor cooking station.

BBQs vary considerably in size and design, particularly built-in barbecues, large gas BBQs and complete BBQ islands. Standard off-the-shelf covers can often be too loose, too short or simply the wrong shape.

At Shiny Sofas, we manufacture custom BBQ covers and custom BBQ island covers made to your measurements for customers across the UK.

Custom BBQ Covers Made to Measure

Instead of trying to find a standard cover that approximately fits your barbecue, a made-to-measure cover can be manufactured around the dimensions you provide.

We can make covers for:

• Gas BBQs
• Charcoal BBQs
• Built-in BBQs
• BBQ islands
• Large barbecue grills
• Outdoor grilling stations
• BBQ and worktop combinations
• BBQ preparation stations
• Outdoor cooking units
• Commercial BBQ equipment
• Unusual and oversized BBQ installations

Whether you have a standalone barbecue or a large built-in installation, we can manufacture the cover according to your required dimensions.

Custom BBQ Island Covers

Built-in BBQ islands can be particularly difficult to protect using standard covers.

A BBQ island may combine the barbecue itself with worktops, cupboards, preparation areas, shelves and other equipment, creating a shape that standard rectangular BBQ covers aren't designed to accommodate.

Our custom BBQ island covers can be made according to the overall shape and measurements of your installation.

For more complicated designs, you can provide photographs and a labelled sketch showing the important dimensions.

Covers for Built-In BBQs

A built-in BBQ represents a substantial investment and often forms a permanent part of an outdoor kitchen or garden entertaining area.

We can manufacture made-to-measure built-in BBQ covers for installations where the grill is incorporated into surrounding cabinetry, worktops or a purpose-built BBQ station.

If different sections of the installation have different heights or depths, these can be incorporated into the measurements used to make your cover.

Protect Your BBQ from the British Weather

Even outdoor cooking equipment designed for external use benefits from additional protection when it isn't being used.

A fitted BBQ cover helps provide a protective barrier against:

• Rain and moisture
• Dirt and dust
• Leaves and garden debris
• Bird mess
• General outdoor exposure

Keeping your BBQ covered can also reduce the amount of cleaning required before it is used again.

Large & Unusual BBQ Covers

Custom manufacturing is particularly useful when a BBQ is too large or unusually shaped for readily available covers.

We can manufacture large custom BBQ covers for oversized grills, long BBQ islands and combined cooking and preparation stations.

Rather than being restricted to predetermined retail sizes, the cover is manufactured according to the dimensions supplied for your particular installation.

Made to Your Measurements

Every custom BBQ cover is made specifically for the order.

For straightforward BBQs, we may only need the main width, depth and height measurements.

More complicated BBQ islands may require several measurements to account for different sections, worktops or changes in height.

Photographs and simple drawings can also be supplied where the shape is difficult to describe using measurements alone.

Commercial & Trade BBQ Covers

We can also manufacture custom BBQ covers for commercial and trade customers.

These may include outdoor cooking equipment used by:

• Restaurants
• Pubs and bars
• Hotels
• Catering businesses
• Event venues
• Holiday accommodation
• Outdoor hospitality areas

Large covers and multiple-cover orders can be manufactured according to the requirements of the installation.

Order Your Custom BBQ Cover

Provide the dimensions of your BBQ or BBQ island to receive an initial estimated price and place your order.

The final material requirement will depend on the dimensions and shape of the item being covered.

For unusual BBQ islands or built-in installations, photographs or a simple measurement drawing can be provided to help us understand the required design.
