How the Made-to-Measure System Works

You simply enter five key measurements from the Design 7 tapered diagram:

1. Height (H) – from the ground to the highest point of the unit.
2. Back width (BW) – full width across the rear.
3. Front width (FW) – full width across the front edge.
4. Left depth (DL) – from back to front along the left side.
5. Right depth (DR) – from back to front along the right side.

Tier 1 – Standard PVL 600D (Great All-Rounder)

• Best where the area is partially sheltered or used mainly spring–autumn

Tier 2 – Premium P500UV (Maximum Protection)

• 500D polyester with PU + UV coating
• Designed for year-round exposure and strong sun
• Brilliant for permanent outdoor kitchens, BBQ islands and bars
• Recommended for south-facing, exposed or coastal gardens

Both options are waterproof, UV-resistant and built for outdoor use, but Tier 2 adds an extra margin of protection if your unit lives outside all year.

You can customise how your tapered cover is held in place:

• No tie-downs – simple drop-over cover for very heavy or sheltered units.
• Elasticated hem with cord lock – neat fit around the base with a toggle to cinch tight.

• Straps & buckles – webbing straps that can run under or around the unit for maximum security.
