Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. - The whole purpose of our made-to-order selection is for less waste and offer competitive prices to you .
- All made-to-order items will be usually dispatched within 10 to 15 business days from order placement
- The time-frames stated is the actual production of the product only. This time-frame does not include our processing or shipping times, so please allow extra time for these extra factors if you require your desired products for a vibrant setting.
Once production is finalised, then we commence preparing your order for shipment to you.
